Local Fifth Third exec pleads guilty to DUI, felony charges dismissed

Two felony charges against Kevin Lavender, a top Nashville-based executive with Fifth Third Bank, have been dismissed; however, the prominent Nashville banker pleaded guilty this week to a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence.
